Salary: £65,000 Base Salary (OTE £130,000 - £140,000)
Responsible For: Managing customer relationships and sales opportunities
Budget Responsibilities: Responsible for meeting sales targets and managing sales budgets

Role Overview:
Main Purpose and Scope of the Job: Overview We are looking for a Security sales Consultant to join our team and support our customers in their digital transformation journey. You will be responsible for providing technical guidance, solution design, and product demonstrations to prospective and existing customers, as well as collaborating with delivery, and partner teams to ensure customer success. Responsibilities Engage with customers and prospects to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals, and map them to security solutions.
Willingness to travel as required by the business and customer needs. Other qualifications and experience in other technologies would be beneficial
Key Responsibilities:
Execute effective sales strategies and tactics to develop new business opportunities in the cybersecurity market.
Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers to identify and close sales opportunities.
Create and deliver customised proposals that align with customer needs and objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including pre-sales and post-sales, to ensure customer satisfaction with the cyber security solutions being provided.
Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and keep apprised of current cyber security trends.
Utilise appropriate company systems to keep accurate and up-to-date records of all sales and customer interactions.
Manage and report sales forecasts in an organised and timely manner to maintain the highest levels of transparency within the organisation.
Develop a deep understanding of cyber security technology and how it functions in different industries.
Stay up to date on the latest threats and trends in the cyber security industry.
Proactively engage with the technical community within target accounts.
Capture cybersecurity requirements, propose technical solutions, and oversee the selection of services.
Present the product and all features to customers at meetings and events. Qualification and Experience
Demonstrative experience in sales, consulting, or technical delivery roles in the security domain.
Deep and broad knowledge of Microsoft security products and services, and their integration with other Microsoft and third-party solutions
Ability to manage the sales cycle, including requirements gathering, demos, proof of concept, and product specification.
Strong organisational skills to manage and report sales forecasts.
