A leading medical devices company are seeking an experienced and hands-on R&D Test Engineer to join a dynamic research and development team. This role involves conducting experiments, building prototypes, and supporting the development and testing of innovative products. Key Responsibilities

Conduct experiments and test procedures on prototype and production devices.
Build and support test equipment involving mechanical, refrigeration, and electrical components.
Use PC-based applications for testing and data analysis.
Identify and diagnose problems, implementing effective testing solutions.
Analyze technical data, interpret test results, and prepare detailed reports and presentations.
Suggest design, testing, and manufacturing improvements based on test findings.
Actively participate in group and project meetings.
Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

BSc in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering.
Proven experience in a laboratory setting with development of test methods.
Strong skills in interpreting lab test data.
Experience with MS Office and database systems.
Familiarity with safe systems of work and laboratory best practices.Technical Skills

Knowledge of scientific testing methodologies.
Hands-on troubleshooting capabilities.
Ability to deliver results independently and as part of a team.
