Lettings Administrator
Temp to Perm
Location: Nottingham, NG7
Rate: £13.74 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
Start Date: ASAP
Our client, a reputable accommodation provider, is seeking a Lettings Administrator to join their successful, friendly, and supportive team.
Role Responsibilities:
Handling tenant enquiries in person (e.g., blocked toilets, shower issues, lift malfunctions)
Coordinating with the external maintenance team to resolve problems
Following up on outstanding rent via telephone
Liaising with international agencies via ZOOM on a weekly basis
Organizing events, including social media posting and advertising
Managing site cleaning schedules
Conducting new tenant checks and issuing keys
Performing inventory checks when tenants move out
Ideal Candidate:
Experience in student lettings is preferred
Strong communication skills
Proficient in administration and IT
A self-starter who can work independently or in a small team
Flexible to attend events such as Open Days and promote the businessAdditional Information:
This role is initially offered on a temporary basis for 12 weeks, with the potential for extension. The position is fully on-site.
