About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Credit Control Manager to oversee and optimize our credit control operations. You will lead a small team of two direct reports, ensuring efficient credit management, cash collection, and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Oversee the credit control function, ensuring timely collections and minimizing risk exposure
✅ Manage and develop a team of two direct reports, providing guidance and support
✅ Drive process improvements and enhance credit control strategies
✅ Maintain accurate financial records and reporting
✅ Work closely with internal stakeholders, including finance and sales teams
✅ Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

What We're Looking For

? Proven experience in credit control and team management
? Strong SAP experience (S/4HANA experience is highly desirable)
? Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions
? Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
? A proactive and strategic approach to credit management
