First People Solutions are working with a leading M&E contractor to recruit an experienced Mechanical Supervisor for projects in Scotland. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company with a strong pipeline of work across commercial, residential, and industrial sectors.

The Role:

Oversee and coordinate mechanical installations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and material management
Work closely with project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Conduct inspections, testing, and quality assurance checks
Maintain and enforce health & safety protocols on-site

What We're Looking For:

Experience as a Mechanical Supervisor in M&E or construction projects
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, regulations, and compliance
SSSTS/SMSTS certification preferred
Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
Full UK driving license
