This is a great opportunity to provide hands-on technical support across the business, helping maintain smooth operations and solving a variety of technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
● Provide 1st and 2nd line support to users via Service Desk, email, phone, and
face-to-face.
● Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for servers, workstations, and mobile devices.
● Support network troubleshooting, including re-patching and fixing connections.
● Assist with the deployment of workstations and mobile devices, ensuring compliance
with security standards.
● Manage Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and other system accounts.
● Perform system backups and restore data as needed.
● Liaise with external suppliers for repairs or warranty issues.
What We’re Looking For:
● Experience providing 1st and 2nd line IT support in a dynamic environment.
● Solid knowledge of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and Microsoft
Exchange.
● Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for user support.
● Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced setting.
