Are you eager to make a real impact in the FM industry? A leading player in the sector is currently seeking an M&E Engineer to join their growing team in the Reading area.

The Role

As an M&E Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in:

* Working across a commercial office building, based in Reading.

* Working Monday - Friday, 40 hour week.

* Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance including emergancy light testing, fire alarm testing, sprinkler testing, PAT testing, light replacements / changes, filter changes on AHU's, flushing and other multi-skilled maintenance duties.

* Supporting the supervisor with contractor management.

About You

To be successful in the role of M&E Engineer, you’ll bring the following skills and experience:

* Mechanical or Electrical qualifications would be highly desirable.

* Experience working in a commercial environment.
