We're searching for a dynamic People Advisor / Partner to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting our entire workforce.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF OUR PEOPLE ADVISOR:

People Operations Guru – Be the go-to person for all things people management. From steering PDPs, salary and absence reviews, to handling disciplinaries, you keep our processes smooth and efficient.

Talent Magnet -  Partner with our internal recruiter to attract top talent. Keep the ATS buzzing, conduct screenings, coordinate interviews, and ensure timely offers for a standout candidate experience.

New Hire Champion – Set new hires up for success with fast contract prep, background checks, and an engaging Day 1 induction that sets them up for success.

Learning Advocate – Drive team growth by maintaining sharp training records, coordinating sessions, and tracking progress with detailed reports ensuring our development programs are always on point.

Farewell Facilitator - Make every exit a smooth one by processing resignations, gathering valuable insights through exit interviews, and responding to reference requests promptly. Your touch leaves a lasting, positive impression on departing employees.

Operations Dynamo - Keep the pulse of our operations strong by expertly managing the People Team inbox, energise the team with a lively weekly newsletter, keep the fleet management system in check, and continuously enhance our people systems for seamless operations.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW AS OUR PEOPLE ADVISOR:

At least 3 years’ proven experience within a transferable HR/People role.

A CIPD qualification, level 3 or above.

Experience of using HR Information Systems (HRIS).

Sound knowledge of Employment Law

A tactical understanding and application of employment best practices.

An understanding of data protection and GDPR requirements when handling sensitive personal data.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong relationship building skills.

Excellent Microsoft Office Skills (including Excel and PowerPoint).

THE NITTY-GRITTY:

This is a full-time role, you'll be working 37.5 hours per week, with 4 days a week in the Solihull office, but no weekends, it's Monday to Friday.

It's a permanent position

You'll have flexibility, with your core hours and where you work with our hybrid working policy!

BPSS, SC, and other clearances are required for this role.
