Job Title: Female Support Worker
Location: Street, Somerset
Salary: £12.42 per hour  Full Time 37.5 hrs per week or Part Time 22.5 - 30hrs per week 

Early, lates and sleep ins plus weekends so need to work flexibly

Sleep in rate - £55 per sleep in

Must be a car driver - Mileage Paid at 42p per mile

Key Responsibilities of the Support Worker role

Provide person-centered support to individuals in their homes and community.
Assist with daily activities, personal care, and household tasks as needed.

Support individuals to achieve personal goals and maintain a high quality of life.
Maintain clear records and communicate effectively with the care team.

Requirements for the Support Worker role

Must be a car driver with access to a reliable vehicle.
Prior experience in a care or support role is preferred but not essential.
Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing high-quality care.
Good communication skills and a positive, encouraging attitude.
