We are recruiting on behalf of a leading and prestigious family run manufacturing and production company in Marshland St James, due to their continued growth and development they are seeking to employ Driver/Forklift Driver/Production Operative to start in April.

This is a permanent role.

Competitive salary offered depending on skills and experience.

Hours will be 4 on 4 off - 6am – 6pm

Duties will include:

Picking up staff from Wisbech to take to the factory and taking them back to Wisbech at the end of the shift (using company vehicle).

Driving a Counterbalance Forklift Truck

Working on the Production Line filling bottle, jars, labelling and packing.

Adhering to health and safety policies

Always keeping work areas clean and tidy

Requirements for the role:

Previous experience within a food production environment.

Counterbalance Licence.

Full Driving Licence

Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.

Good attention to detail

Reliable and a strong work ethic.

Ability to work as part of a team however, equally capable of using own initiative.

Excellent organisational skills
