Job Title: Candidate Resourcer

Remuneration: Competitive salary

Contract Details: Full Time, 37.5 working hours per week

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain a talent pool of candidates for our wide range of job roles
Source suitable candidates through phone, email, video call, or in-person contact
Screen candidates to assess their suitability for the role and organisation
Promote our client as an employer of choice within the local and wider UK area
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, recruitment agencies, and candidates on a daily basis
Demonstrate strong organisational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

In this fast-paced role, you will be in regular contact with stakeholders, recruitment agencies, and candidates, showcasing your excellent communication skills. Your ability to prioritise workload and work independently, as well as part of a team, will be essential in managing the demands of the role.
