Account Executive
Hybrid Role - 1 day WFH
Salary - £27-30k

Our client is growing, and they're looking for a driven Account Executive to help take their business to the next level. This is a fast-paced sales and business development role where you'll be building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and securing work for both our client and their customers.
If you're a confident communicator with a natural ability to engage people, a proactive mindset, and a passion for business development, this role is for you.
What You'll Be Doing
Proactively reaching out to new and existing clients to develop relationships and generate business
Managing CRM systems and keeping client records up to date
Supporting Account Managers with client needs and business development strategies
Attending industry events to expand your knowledge and build connections
Working towards sales targets and contributing to strategy meetings
What You'll Need
A confident and engaging phone manner
Strong communication and people skills
A proactive, self-motivated approach to work
Excellent organisation and time management
A problem-solving mindset and a desire to grow
Your Skills
Experience in B2B sales or customer service
Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM tools
Strong analytical skills to assess sales performance
