TIG Welder Salary: Up to £38,500 per annum

Hours: Monday – Thursday 7:30am to 4pm, early finish on Fridays

Are you an experienced TIG Welder  looking for a new opportunity with a forward-thinking manufacturer?

Syntech Recruitment are pleased to be supporting a well-established engineering business near Farnborough in their search for a TIG Welder. You’ll be welding and fabricating primarily in stainless steel, playing a key role in production and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

TIG Welder Key Responsibilities:
TIG and MIG welding (primarily stainless steel)
Stainless steel fabrication to a high standard
Quality checking and basic inspection
Working from technical drawings
Supporting lean manufacturing and continuous improvement activities
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Working to ISO standardsTIG Welder Profile:
Strong TIG welding skills (MIG training can be provided)
Experience fabricating with stainless steel
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Confident using inspection tools such as verniers and callipers
Willingness to learn and take on training opportunitiesSalary & Benefits:
Up to £38,500 per annum
24 days holiday plus bank holidays (rising with service)
