The User Experience Manager manages the development and implementation of Host's workplace experience programs to increase individual well-being, personal productivity, and organizational effectiveness. Reporting to the Workplace Experience Director, your role is to oversee and manage the implementation, coordination, and ongoing enhancement of workplace experience applications within the organization.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including both CBRE and the clients IT, HR, Facilities, and Internal Communications, to ensure effective communication and a seamless workplace experience for the clients end users. In this role, you would design, innovate, validate, and manage implementation of experience programs with the goal of ensuring that programs align with both client needs and company objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent project management skills, a continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to deliver impactful results.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage, develop, and implement programs associated with the delivery of End User's Experience.
Designs, conducts research programs to better understand user's needs. Develop performance indicators, rhythm of business, client specifications and methodology for performance management and continuous improvement.
Workplace App. Implementation. Work closely with IT teams and external vendors to plan and execute the implementation of communication and workplace experience applications.
Coordinate testing, training, and change management activities to ensure smooth user adoption.
Troubleshoot technical issues, manage enhancements and updates, and coordinate with vendors for support.
Provide end-user support for communication and workplace experience applications, addressing queries and troubleshooting issues.
Develop training materials and conduct training sessions to educate employees on app functionality, features, and best practices.
Continuously evaluate user feedback to improve app usability and enhance the overall workplace experience.
Coordinate with stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively address issues to ensure successful delivery.
Proactively follow up on initiatives to ensure deliverables are having a sustained impact.
Demonstrate good project management skills, overseeing projects from inception to completion.
Serve as a user experience manager, ensuring an enhanced workplace experience for all clients.
Utilize engaging presentation skills to effectively train trainers and facilitate workshops.
Commit to the continuous improvement of deliverables, processes, and systems.
Articulate complex ideas clearly in both written and spoken formats.
Proficient in the Microsoft Office 365 suite, with the ability to leverage its capabilities to drive productivity and collaboration.
Manages contractual relationships and works with the Client's Representative to assure excellent service delivery to Client's location; reviews and monitors performance in line with agreed KPI or SLA.
Supports account management team to monitor and modify the services deliverables in accordance to the change of Client's business needs.

Person Specification:

Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, OneNote, Outlook, etc. Comfortable with and embracing of new technologies and digital tools, such as Apps, databases, work order management, social networking, cloud technologies, handheld mobile technologies and applications, and communications.
Proven track record of improving processes and deliverables in a corporate setting.
Best candidates will have a genuine interest in anticipating and serving the needs of others.
A warm demeanor and desire to collaborate with others is key.
Ability to work flexible work schedules based on office needs.
Familiarity with employee engagement and workplace experience trends and best practices is desirable.
Strong problem-solving skills. Highly adaptable and flexible. Ability to work independently with little supervision
