SEN Teacher – Complex Needs School – Lambeth – Potential TLR Available

An outstanding specialist school in Lambeth is seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join their team. This is a full-time, long-term role with the potential for TLR responsibility and could become permanent for the right person.

As an SEN Teacher, you will be working with pupils who have a range of complex needs, including ASD, PMLD, and severe learning difficulties. You’ll be expected to deliver creative, personalised lessons that cater to individual EHCPs, with support from experienced LSAs and therapists.

The ideal SEN Teacher will:

Have QTS or QTLS with a proven track record in SEN settings

Be confident planning and delivering lessons tailored to complex needs

Show strong classroom and behaviour management skills

*

Be open to additional responsibility through a TLR
