Job Description:

* Promptly and efficiently address client inquiries regarding their insurance policies.

* Arrange insurance coverage in alignment with client agreements.

* Provide clients with all necessary and relevant information.

* Maintain a strong understanding of policies, procedures, and the legal and regulatory framework.

* Adhere to current regulatory guidelines and industry standards.

* Remain flexible and adaptable to meet evolving business and client needs.

Person Specification:

* Prior experience in the insurance industry.

* Essential face-to-face customer service experience.

* A good level of education.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Friendly, approachable, and well-organised.

* Quick learner with the ability to adapt.

* Thrives in high-pressure environments.

* Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm

* Alternate Saturdays, 8:30am - 12pm
