Multi Trade Carpenter – Covering SE London with Rochester based office

Full Time TTP – 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday 8-5)

Salary: £36,000 per annum + company van & fuel card

Your Responsibilities:

* Undertake responsive, routine repairs and void repairs to social housing properties

* A wide variety of carpentry repairs in occupied homes, buildings, and vacant properties

* 1st & 2nd fixes, working on kitchens and bathrooms

* The work will include:

* Fitting of various types of doors

* First and second fixing

* Kitchen installations

* Repairing minor leaks

* Replacing sanitary wear

* Ceramic wall tiling

* Plastering repairs

* Vinyl floor tiling

The successful candidate will have:

* A technical background and NVQ Level 2-3 in carpentry or equivalent

* A strong background in social housing maintenance contracts (responsive, void, planned)

* Full, UK driving licence
