Based in Tarporley our client is a specialist finance provider dedicated to the intermediary market.

As part of their planned growth, they are seeking to appoint an experienced Business Development Manager to work with existing and develop new introducer's to the business within the BTL, bridging and second charge mortgage market.

Experience within this market is desired but not essential.

What are we looking for?

The successful candidate will feel comfortable dealing with people at all levels of experience and have the ability, drive and tenacity to overcome objections and build relationships through knowledge and providing exceptional service.

You must have a minimum of 2 years phone-based experience within the B2B market and view yourself as a hunter who makes things happen through proactive planning, networking and providing clients with an exceptional service. Experience within the mortgage is desired but not essential

What are the rewards?

The basic salary is dependent upon experience up to £40,000. In addition, there is a bonus element to the role with an expectation to earn around £50 - 55,000 for an on-target performance. (uncapped)
