Engineering Team Leader – FMCG – Redditch – £48,000

Are you an experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer looking for the next step in your career? Do you have supervisory experience and a passion for leadership while remaining hands-on?

Our client, a well-established FMCG manufacturing company based in Redditch, is seeking a hands-on Engineering Team Leader to join their team.

The Role:

* Lead and manage a small team of engineers.

* Remain hands-on with maintenance and engineering tasks.

* Ensure smooth running of production by minimizing downtime.

* Carry out both planned and reactive maintenance.

* Drive continuous improvement and reliability across the site.

Shift Pattern:

* Monday to Friday 6-2 / 2-10 rotating shifts.

What We’re Looking For:

Apprentice-trained Multi-Skilled Engineer.
Proven experience in an FMCG manufacturing environment.
Previous supervisory or leadership experience is highly desirable.
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of continuous improvement and reliability engineering.
