About the role

Working with students aged 5-19, the successful SEMH Teacher will be required to teach a small classes with a wide range of abilities. This is a full-time role and will become permanent for the right candidate. The students have a variety of needs including Autism, ADHD and learning difficulties. They will be required to teach across a range of subjects and ages and be able to support to provide a calm and enthusiastic learning environment.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Teacher in an SEMH School you will:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Will have recent experience working with SEMH and Autistic students
Want a career in a school where they can really make a difference in the lives of young people
Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of teachers.
Have a passion for teaching with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons.

Salary

£140 to £180 per day

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

Qualified Teacher Status
Experience working with SEMH students
