Administrator required to join one of our leading facilities management clients on a prestigious Glasgow site. The Administrator will play pivotal role as part of a site-based team ensuring the smooth running and efficient handling of all maintenance services onsite.
The Administrator will hold a strong background working within the building services or facilities management industry, preferably with experience coordinating engineer’s workload.
Administrator will receive:

Administrator’s responsibilities:
Efficiently arranging the site-based engineering teams workloads – including allocating PPM and reactive maintenance works.
Liaise with 3rd party contractors to arrange maintenance work onsite.
Regularly liaising with the site management team to build positive client relationships.
Support the contracts manager in managing engineer shift rotation and producing monthly client reports.
Using inhouse CRM system to organise engineering workload and upload required paperwork.
