Position: Solicitor – Property Litigation

About the Role: An expanding Property Litigation team which is renowned in the Legal 500 for technical expertise has an opportunity to join as a solicitor with property litigation experience.

Compensation: Up to £55k DOE and PQE level plus benefits package

Working pattern: Flexible hybrid available

Responsibilities:

* Manage your own caseload and assist senior fee earners.

* Provide excellent client service and develop strong client relationships.

* Draft correspondence and court papers, liaise with the Court, instruct counsel and experts.

* Attend court hearings and meetings.

* Support and supervise junior team members.

* Participate in business development.

Candidate profile:

* 0-4 years PQE in property litigation.

* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

* Excellent communication and IT skills.

* Client-focused with a drive for business development.

* Experience in real property, landlord and tenant disputes, and contractual disputes.
