Position: Account Manager
Salary: £32,000 - £39,000 + excellent employee benefits
Hybrid set up: 1 day a week working from home + Flexible hours

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Relationship Development:
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
Understand your clients' businesses, goals, and needs to provide tailored support and insights.
Project Leadership:
Lead day-to-day project management for client accounts, ensuring smooth communication and timeline updates.
Coordinate project activities across teams to ensure projects are delivered on-time and meet quality expectations.
Forecasting and Reporting:
Keep forecast updates for your dedicated projects, ensuring financials are meticulously tracked and are a true reflection month on month.
Proposals and Presentations:
Confidently create proposals, estimates, and timing plans for projects, clearly communicating deliverables to clients.
Research and Industry Insights:
Stay informed on industry trends and proactively apply this knowledge to help clients stay ahead of market developments.
Client Account Growth:
Explore and develop new opportunities within existing client accounts, fostering long-term partnerships.What background and experience are the company looking for?
You are a creative and organised individual who is customer-facing and who loves to work as part of a team and is excited by the opportunities available in the manufacturing and branding industry. You should have experience in account management, project leadership skills, and have the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
