Job Title: Fire and Security Service Engineer

Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum (depending on experience)

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Fire and Security Service Engineer to join our team, working in and around Reading. This role involves the installation, maintenance, and servicing of fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systems for both residential and commercial clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to work with leading security and fire systems and grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

* Install, service, and maintain fire and security systems including fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systems.

* Conduct routine inspections, system testing, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system performance.

* Diagnose and repair faults across a wide range of fire and security systems.

* Provide expert technical support and advice to clients, maintaining a high standard of customer service.

* Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of work completed.

* Ensure all work complies with industry regulations and health & safety standards.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Fire and Security Engineer, with knowledge of both fire and security systems.

* Expertise in installing and maintaining fire alarms, CCTV, access control, and intruder alarms.

* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.

* Familiarity with relevant fire and security regulations and industry standards.

* Full UK driving license.

* Excellent communication and customer service skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
