We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join an energetic, family run business based on the outskirts of Ware. This is an exciting time to join our expanding company and is an ideal role for someone already working in a customer service environment. Our client’s mission is to deliver the right product, on time at the right price all while demonstrating their CARE values; Customer-centric, Accountable, Responsive and Enterprising.

The role is a full-time position working from 8am – 5pm Monday – Friday and our client offers a salary of £25,000 - £26,000 depending on experience. Due to our client’s location, candidates must have their own mode of transport.

Responsibilities:

* Provide an exceptional customer experience across multiple platforms

* Ensure all orders are processed daily

* Maintaining the customer database

* Explore customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

* Identify trends within the business to improve the overall customer experience

* Ensure that you deliver against the OTIF promise date

Skills:

* Previous customer service experience required

* Sales order processing experience

* Verbal and written communication

* Reliable

* Flexible

* Attention to detail

* Computer literate

* Ability to prioritise workload

* Team player
