The Role:

This is a standard workshop manager role managing 5-10 workshop assemblers building and assembly.

You will be managing:

* Consistent build quality.

* Inspection during build

* Set build standards

* Maintaining project wash-up information

* Protection of components during build process

* Parts delivery

Destination

Works in progress – stock of large items

* Large tool storage

The Candidate

* Workshop experience/prod supervisor, production experience running an assembly or workshop team within engineering

* Strong organisational and leadership skills

* Understanding of maintaining a warehouse and goods in and out
