One of our clients is seeking a dedicated Senior Quantity Surveyor who can help shape the commercial team not only by running their 2 largest projects but also play a pivotal part in developing the team and developing new basement and MEP businesses within the company.

They boast creating a building environment that allows their teams to deliver unprecedented quality under tightly controlled programme conditions. This approach minimises variations of uncoordinated works, minimises delays to the programme through a proactive set up and enables to procure and deliver outside of the constraints your ‘usual’ contractor.

You must have relevant experience within the High End Residential Sector to be considered for this role.
