Job Title: Collections Agent

Location: Harlow

Salary: £23,400 plus performance-related bonus's

Hours: Monday to Friday, shift patterns of 8am to 4pm or 10am to 6pm

Process inbound calls and provide exceptional service
Collect overdue debts, negotiate payment arrangements, and ensure compliance with client criteria
Identify any instances of vulnerability and take appropriate actions
Liaise with other departments and field staff as necessary
Conduct outbound calls
Update system with accurate call notes and complete associated actions
Handle account queries and verbal complaints, escalating complex cases to senior staff
Follow established collections processes and procedures
Assist with any duties as directed by a Team Leader or ManagerEssential (Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience):

Firm and polite telephone manner
Strong organisational and communication skills
Attention to detail
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Ability to deal with customers professionally, calmly, and tactfully
Strict confidentiality and non-discriminatory work approach
