M4 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Vehicle Dismantler to join one of our clients, a family run company near the centre of Swindon.
Responsibilities of the role include:
* Testing parts from vehicles to ensure they are functional
* Removing of parts from vehicles to include exterior trims through to engine parts
* Fault diagnosing on vehicles
* Mark and gather removed parts ready for sorting and tagging
* Conduct road tests on repaired vehicles as required
* Movement of stock around the yard
* Assisting with the sorting or scrap metals and waste
* Other ad hoc duties as required
In order to be considered for the role, you must have:
* A valid driving licence
* 2 years of mechanical hands on experience - with both new and old cars
* Ability to dismantle vehicles in a timely manner
* Experience of dealing with diagnostics
