Responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant:

Assist with Lesson Planning: Support teachers in designing engaging and creative lessons that capture pupils' interest.
Provide Individual Support: Offer personalised assistance to pupils or small groups to meet their specific learning needs.
Foster Positive Relationships: Build supportive connections with pupils to enhance their well-being and encourage active participation.
Support Classroom Behaviour: Help implement strategies to manage behaviour and maintain a positive, productive classroom environment.
Collaborate for Success: Work closely with teachers and staff to improve the overall learning experience for all pupils.
