This full-time role will begin in September, offering standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:15 AM to 3:30 PM. Enjoy paid-to-scale holidays during half terms and summer breaks while making a meaningful impact in a mainstream primary school with a dedicated SEN provision.

We encourage candidates with experience and knowledge of various SEN, particularly those with mild to severe ADHD, to apply. To be considered for this role, you must have previous personal or professional experience with SEN. Experience in managing challenging behavior will be advantageous. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work 1:1 with children who have ADHD and learning difficulties, helping them thrive in their educational journey. Daily Duties:
- Provide dedicated 1:1 support to children with ADHD and other learning difficulties.
- Assist in managing challenging behavior in the classroom, implementing effective strategies.
- Collaborate with teachers to create and adapt lesson plans tailored to individual student needs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents as necessary.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills in SEN support.
- Maintain accurate records of student behavior and progress, reporting any concerns to the SEN Coordinator.
- Work closely with small groups of children, promoting social skills and academic development.
