We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant / Administrator to provide full executive support to the Managing Director of our dynamic client. This is a full-time, office-based role where your presence and collaboration with the MD and various teams will be essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Comprehensive diary management and travel arrangements.
* Project management and coordination.
* Administrative and executive support, including accurate document preparation.
* Inputting data into Sage and maintaining records.
* Supporting marketing initiatives with knowledge of social media platforms.
* Collaborating across teams within the organization.
