The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic individual with a passion for sales and customer service to join an established team. This role involves working with a diverse range of clients across the UK, building strong relationships, and delivering outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will be high-energy, articulate, and self-motivated, with a desire to grow their sales career within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle incoming sales inquiries from potential customers, understanding their specific needs and turning them into sales.
* Accurately log all relevant information on the CRM system.
* Stay up-to-date with the company’s products and services.
* Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
* Qualify and provide quotes to clients quickly, ideally on the same day or within 24 hours.
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience in achieving or exceeding sales targets, ideally from retail, hospitality, or commercial sectors.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to getting things right the first time.
* High energy, a strong work ethic, and the ability to engage with people at all levels.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work.

* Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm working hours.
