The Role

As a key part of the Transaction Services team, you will:

✔ Conduct in-depth financial analysis on businesses as part of high-profile PE buyside transactions, corporate acquisitions, vendor assistance, due diligence, refinancing, and IPO readiness.

✔ Develop your advisory skill set by working on Corporate Advisory projects such as financial modeling, cash flow management, and wider M&A support.

✔ Enhance your professional network, representing the firm in the wider dealmaking community through business development and strategic marketing initiatives.

Who We're Looking For

This role is ideal for an ambitious finance professional looking to transition from audit into corporate finance or build on existing TS or restructuring experience. You will be:

✔ ACA qualified, with a background in audit, Transaction Services, or restructuring.

✔ Commercially minded, with an entrepreneurial edge and a genuine interest in corporate finance.

✔ Strong in project management, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment.
