Summary:
The role of a Labourer/Driver involves supporting construction site operations to ensure a clean and safe working environment. Responsibilities include assisting the Project/Site Manager by carrying out tasks such as moving materials, cleaning the site, and assisting trades as required. The job also requires handling deliveries, erecting temporary tower rigs, and maintaining company vehicles. Candidates must operate equipment safely, report any issues with equipment, and adhere to company policies and health and safety standards. Additionally, employees are expected to maintain confidentiality, respect colleagues time, and contribute ideas for improvement in line with company objectives. Overtime may be required occasionally and should be managed in agreement with a Manager.

Valid driving licence
CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)

Ability to follow instructions from management

Experience in cleaning and site maintenance
Ability to operate power tools safely
Competency in erecting temporary structures
