An international battery company creating, developing, and producing high-performance, long-lasting batteries is currently looking to hire a Process Commissioning Manager (Gigafactory).
 
The Process Commissioning Manager (Gigafactory) will:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for each unit process and integrated process, ensuring clarity on acceptance criteria for operational and product qualification stages.
Develop and deliver a comprehensive commissioning plan for the manufacturing processes at the UK-based site.
Form and lead an integrated team dedicated to driving and executing a complex process commissioning plan.
Create processes and help building large scale manufacturing lines from the ground up.  
The Process Commissioning Manager (Gigafactory) will have:

Proven track record of leading commissioning activities (Operational and Product Qualification) for a large cell assembly manufacturing site.
Understanding of the Control of Major Accident Hazards (COMAH) regulations and their implications on site start-up and ongoing operations
In-depth knowledge of the Pre Start-Up Safety Review (PSSR) process and experience in safely introducing hazardous materials into operational environments.
Familiarity with procedures and best practices for the transfer of Care, Custody, and Control within manufacturing and operational contexts.
