The Role

Join our team as a Senior Principal Electrical Engineer, where you’ll lead electrical design on large projects and manage full MEP on small to medium-sized projects. In this role, you’ll work directly with clients, handle project teams, and serve as the electrical technical lead. You’ll play an integral part in delivering high-quality design and contribute to the development of team members.

Responsibilities

* Manage client relationships and lead technical meetings.

* Supervise project workload and provide mentorship to junior staff.

* Oversee project costs, ensure quality standards, and coordinate deliverables.

What We’re Looking For

* Extensive expertise in Electrical and Building Services Engineering.

* Consultancy experience with knowledge of sustainability and interdisciplinary design.

* Ability to work independently, mentor team members, and manage client-facing tasks.

* Chartered or near-chartered engineer status with a consultative approach
