Details of a Telesales Executive

* Location: Walsall

* Shift details: 8am – 5pm Monday to Thursday. Fridays 8am – 4pm

* Pay rate: 32k - £35k dependant on experience

* Duration of role: Permanent

Role of a Telesales Executive

* Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services.

* Engage with leads, identify their needs, and offer tailored solutions.

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in our CRM system.

* Follow up on leads and referrals to convert them into sales opportunities.

* Provide customers with information about product features, pricing, and promotions.

* Handle objections and provide effective solutions to customer concerns.

Requirements of a Telesales Executive

* A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for sales.

* Goal-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
