Job Title: Learning Support Assistant

Salary: £80 - £100 per day

TeacherActive is excited to be working with a mainstream Primary School in Basildon, who are looking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant. This school is committed to providing a caring, inclusive, and supportive environment for all students, with a focus on fostering their emotional and academic growth.

The successful Learning Support Assistant will be working closely with teachers and other staff to support students with a range of learning needs, both in the classroom and during individual or small group sessions. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a positive impact on children’s education and well-being.

The successful candidate will have:
• Experience working as a Learning Support Assistant or within a similar role
• A positive, proactive approach to supporting children’s learning
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine desire to help children achieve their potential
