Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one support to students with special needs, tailoring assistance to their unique requirements.
Collaborate with teaching staff to create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes growth and confidence.
Assist in adapting and modifying curriculum materials.
Offer emotional support and encouragement to students as they navigate their educational journey.

Requirements:

Proven experience working as a Teaching Assistant with special needs students.
Understanding and empathy for the challenges faced by students with special needs.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to adapt and learn in a dynamic educational environment.
DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
