Are you an experienced Payroll professional with a passion for HR and compliance? Boxer Head Office is looking for a Payroll/HR Administrator to join our team, working 37.5 hours per week (consideration would be given to Part Time hours). About the Role:
As the Payroll/HR Administrator, you will handle the end-to-end payroll process for our 300+ colleagues using Sage 50 Payroll. In addition, you will support HR functions such as on-boarding, Right to Work documentation checks, and maintaining accurate records in our HRIS system. Our payroll processes are already automated for efficiency, and you will play a key role in ensuring payroll compliance and employee satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:
* Experience using Sage 50 Payroll software, would be ideal.
* Proven experience in payroll administration, with strong knowledge of payroll processes, tax, and compliance.
* Familiarity with Right to Work documentation checks, Docusign, and HRIS systems.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
