Your new role
Meeting and greeting visitors and clients
Ensuring the office is kept presentable at all times
Booking meeting rooms and providing equipment/refreshments where required
Ordering office and kitchen stock
Liaising with contractors to support with any office repairs
Organising gifts for clients
Manage office budgets
Support with onboarding and offboarding processes
What you'll need to succeed
Experience in a similar role
Ability to travel into the office 5 days a week, 8:30am-5:30pm - there is no flexibility on thisWhat you'll get in return
