We are seeking a Head’s Office Administrator to support our Executive Assistant (EA) to the Head, playing a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our thriving independent school in Surrey.

With a new, visionary Head driving exciting school development initiatives, this is an incredible time to join our team. You’ll work alongside a wonderful EA, gaining invaluable experience in high-level administration while contributing to the school’s success.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Providing essential administrative support to the Head’s EA, helping manage schedules, correspondence, and meetings.

* Assisting with school events, logistics, and coordination.

* Acting as a key point of contact for staff, parents, and external stakeholders.

* Helping maintain a professional and organised Head’s office.

* Supporting special projects and initiatives led by the Head.

What We’re Looking For

* Strong administrative experience, ideally within a school or professional environment.

* Exceptional organisation, communication, and multitasking skills.

* A proactive, problem-solving approach with keen attention to detail.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to adapt to new systems.

* Professionalism, discretion, and a commitment to the school’s ethos.
