Salary: £11.90 p/h
Hours: Full-Time (Monday - Friday)

We are recruiting on behalf of a well established business that is looking to appoint an experienced Maintenance Member to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency. We are looking for a dedicated and skilled person to contribute to the upkeep and improvement of their facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, grounds, and facilities to ensure optimal functioning

* Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance issues

* Handle minor electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs

* Infrastructure i.e. drains, civils and other general repairs and maintenance

* Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and management

* Maintain records of maintenance activities and report any significant issues to the maintenance manager

* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

* Operate and maintain maintenance equipment and tools

* Assist with landscaping, emptying of bins and collections of litter

* Collaborate with external contractors for specialised repairs or installations

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent; technical school certification is a plus

* Proven experience in maintenance, repair, or a related field

* Strong knowledge of joinery, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems

* Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and effectively

* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work independently
