Key Responsibilities:

* Proactively manage complex diaries, ensuring efficient scheduling of meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments.

* Serve as the first point of contact for the executives, handling calls, correspondence, and inquiries with professionalism.

* Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to a high standard, often under tight deadlines.

* Organize and coordinate meetings, including taking minutes and following up on action points.

* Manage and prioritize confidential information with the utmost discretion.

* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, building strong professional relationships.

* Perform ad hoc administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the executive office.

What We’re Looking For:

* Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, ideally within the financial services or professional services sector.

* Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a polished and professional demeanor.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

* A proactive and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.

* High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
