Hours: Monday – Friday, 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Location: Bournemouth City Centre
Pay Rate: £12.29 per hour

Job Description:
Our client is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Property Inspector to support a team member with the inspection of student rooms when they are vacant.

Responsibilities:
Inspect vacated rooms in student accommodations.
Complete detailed checklists for any items missing or issues in the room.
Ensure thorough and accurate reporting of room conditions.Requirements:
Excellent attention to detail.
