Axiom Personnel we are currently recruiting for an Purchasing Assistant / Import/Export Clerk for our client based in Hackney. The working hours are 9am-5pm Mon-Thu and 9am-4:30pm on Fridays
Purchasing Assistant Duties:
* Import/Export Clerk
* Online Banking
* Use of Excel for financial record keeping
* Purchasing - liaising with suppliers and transport companies
* Customer liaison on occasion
* Authorising Supplier Invoices
Requirements
* Previous experience working within Import/export and purchasing
* Excellent telephone manner
* A can-do attitude and excellent attention to detail.
* Personable with strong written and verbal communication skills
* Highly organised
* Fully IT literate
* Proficiency of MS Office – Word & Excel.
Salary is £16.72p/hour.
