Our client based is a leading manufacturer based on the outskirts of Tutbury, they strive to put their customers at the heart of everything they do. They have a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated Customer Service Advisor to join their thriving team on a temporary basis for 2-3 months.

General duties:

* Order processing and order management in a timely detailed manner

* Telephone enquiries and customer service calls

* Appointment planning with clients

* Dealing with customer complaints

* Liaison with production team, sales and operations teams

* Pricing for individual accounts by collating all information from a central location

* Managing own workload while also using shared sales inboxes

Due to the nature of the business you will need an empathetic approach to customer needs. You will require a good geographical knowledge of the UK, and have excellent planning and organisational skills. If you feel you are the right person for this role, please apply now.
