Social Worker – Children in Care Team

Location: Milton Keynes

Rate: £38 per hour

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Social Worker to join our Children in Care (CIC) Team in Milton Keynes. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who has recent experience working with Children in Care and Adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing cases involving Children in Care (CIC)

Providing support for children in the adoption process

Working in partnership with other professionals to ensure the welfare and safety of children

Occasionally traveling locally and longer distances for case management and visits

Essential Criteria:

Recent experience working with CIC and adoption, having held a CIC-focused role within the last five years

Strong knowledge of child protection, care planning, and adoption processes

The ability to manage cases effectively while maintaining a child-centred approach
