As a Data Entry Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and up-to-date information by verifying data and updating spreadsheets. Responsibilities:
Conducting data verification by performing thorough searches on various platforms, including but not limited to Google
Updating spreadsheets with accurate and verified information
Ensuring data integrity and maintaining high levels of data accuracy
Collaborating with the team to identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors
Assisting with data analysis and reporting as required
Prioritising and managing tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors in data
Proficient in using spreadsheets and data entry tools
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new software and systems
